Terms charter

• Reservations by paying an advance on www.marinara.com.pl is binding.
• charter contract is delivered in electronic version and does not require a signature.
• Documents required for renting are:
• a minimum patent yacht sailor + ID for sailing yachts,  ID document in the case of motor yachts
• If you do not have the above rights, you can hire a professional sailor with us, the cost 200zł/day.
• In the period from June 2 to September 1 we charter yachts in the modules weekly, from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

Payments

• 30% deposit payable on-line www.marinara.com.pl at time of booking or transfer
• The rest of the amount paid on the spot upon receipt of the boat.

Bail

• Pay by cash on delivery on-site boat: 600zł, 1000zł or 2000zł
• PLN 600  sailing yacht (PLN 2000  Twister  32 and Twister 36)
• PLN 1000 motor yacht (PLN 2000  Courier 970, Nautica 1000)
• The deposit will be refunded at the passing boat.

Discounts

• NOTE: If you have a discount, it will be deducted from the amount remaining to be paid on receipt of a yacht in the port - not applicable to First & Last Minute because they are deducted automatically.
• Patron: 5%
• Minimum 2 weeks charter: 5%
• Two or more boats together: 5%
• Early booking and advance payment for March 31: 5% (not applicable to weekend in May and Corpus Christi)
• Students: 5% (May and September)
• Agreement at the fair sailing: 10%
• The maximum discount: 15% (Nautica 1000 max.10%)
• Discounts First & Last Minute is not valid with other discounts.

First Minute

•  4 and 5 months before the cruise 10%
•  6 and 7 months before the cruise 15%
  
  

Additional Charges

• NOTE: All kinds, subsidies to be paid on receipt of a yacht in the harbor.
• One way service - a sentence the boat in another port than the port of registry - to be negotiated (depending on the type of boat and the harbor view)
• PLN 100 - non-emptied toilet
• PLN 100 - dirty / not clarified boat after the charter
• PLN 10  / 24h guarded parking lot (on site at the port).
• Surcharge of 60% for a short charter less than 4 days.

Transmission of the yacht

• Receive a boat between the hours of 14:00 on the day of arrival (other hours by arrangement).
• Sentence yacht in hours to 10:00 on the day of departure (other hours by arrangement).
• Receiving and passing the yacht in marina PTTK Wilkasy, ul. Niegocińska 1, 11-500 Wilkasy, at the lake Niegocin.

Other information

• PARKING guarded PLN 10  / day (on-site at the port)
• leaking boat cruise is replaced for free:
• a loaded 3kg gas bottle x 2
• charged 100Ah gel batteries + chargers
• fuel to the engine (5l) voyage min. 7 days
• drinking water tanked
• The boat is clean and technically efficient.
• Berthing in the home port for free.
• A boat has insurance JachtCASCO, Liability Insurance, accident, motor insured against theft, insurance, personal belongings of the crew.
• We provide service on the route of the Great Masurian Lakes.
• Do not take on a yacht animals.
